As a member of PrimeGlobal organization we are obliged to chip in and participate in conferences. Despite the fact that there has only a month lapsed since we joined the organization, three representatives of Szwak i Spółka had an opportunity to take part in one of the largest conferences of the EMEA Region which took place in Madrid this year between  22-25 September.

The topic of the conference was the issue „Looking at Europe from a different perspective”. We found themselves among  185 participants from 44 countries and we had an opportunity to familiarize with the culture of this organization and its members. The event was organized on the highest level, we had a pleasure to participate in lectures conducted by authorities in economic industry and practitioners, inter alia, former minister of foreign affairs of Spain   Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo and Professor London Business School Constantinos’a Markides. Except for the content-related part of the conference the organizers took care also for the integrity of the participants being the Flamenco Night in the former Madrid Casino, Tapas Tour, SpeedDating, or dinner in the restaurant in the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The integration events aimed mainly at establishing the network of contacts with other members of the organization, in this exceptional surroundings, were a wonderful experience and was realized 100%.

The VAT bill will be free. But companies will still pay for split payment

Not being able to make bulk transfers is a cost.

In two weeks, the voluntary split payment in VAT will start to work. This is a revolution in this tax, as the buyer will transfer the net amount to the seller, and the tax will go to a special VAT account.

Lots of confusion with JPK

Some accounting offices are scaring their clients into buying a special invoicing program by July 1. Why, because JPK on demand is coming into effect, the answer falls.

Distinction of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the category ‘Best Accounting Office’

In the final gala of the 2017 Accountant of the Year competition, we received another honor from Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the category of best accounting office – this time at the national level.

Once again, we would like to thank our entire team, colleagues, advisors (especially from the IT sector, which is our most important link) and clients, without whom this success would not have been possible.

After being awarded at the provincial level in the final gala of the Accountant of the Year 2017 competition, our company was awarded in the category of the best accounting office also at the nationwide level.

Adoption of a pet from the ZOO

Implementing the promotion of our extremely fast-paced software for the electronic document flow of www.e-curcuma.pl, we took care of a sloth from the Poznań zoo. Our mentor Michał sleeps 22 hours a day and thanks to this, he seems to be a perfect complement to our team, who would like to work many hours a day, moreover, how every sloth is a great swimmer and has incredible resistance to all poisons (is stress poison?) , it is also like the technology advanced in Google’s e-curcuma technology -> thanks to the smaller number of cervical vertebrae (7 instead of 9 as in any other mammal) it can rotate the head 180 degrees in two planes.

 

A distinction from Gazeta Prawna

We would like to inform you about the recognition we have received from Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, which honored our company with the distinction for the Best Accounting Office in Wielkopolska (I enclose the diploma below).

The title was awarded to us during the participation of our team in the provincial final of the Accountant of the Year 2017 contest where the type and method of providing (technological advancement) services, their timeliness and scale were taken into account.

We treat the award as an assessment of our team (Szwak and Company together with advisers and our clients) working together.
